STORE POLICIES

PRODUCTION
Production takes 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping options vary based on the nature of the order and will displayed at checkout. Typically 2 options are offered:

SHIP TO HOME - Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships.
PICK UP IN STORE - Orders can be picked up from SCREENSHOTS APPAREL & DESIGN located at 12520 Perkins Rd, Ste. 103, Baton Rouge, LA 70810. Our pickup area is open MONDAY - SATURDAY from 9am-6pm.

RETURNS
Practice wear SHIRTS may be EXCHANGED in NEW, UNWASHED condition. SALES OF ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDITIONS
Prior to the order deadline, customers may contact us to cancel or add to their order, however once the order deadline has passed we can not cancel or amend any orders.

ARTWORK & DESIGN

All artwork produced by ScreenShots Apparel & Design, is owned by ScreenShots Apparel & Design. Please note colors in digital mockups may not represent the colors of final product. Colors may appear differently on fabric than on your computer screen.
